Here's another gluten free bread recipe that is yummy and will hit the spot at breakfast. Keeping this recipe healthy with egg whites and applesauce also helps give these waffles a light crisp outside and soft inside. Make a batch or two and freeze, then go straight from the freezer to the toaster and have gluten free waffles even on the busiest mornings.

Gluten Free Waffles


2 egg whites, whipped until stiff
1/2 cup applesauce
2 cups almond milk
1 tbsp. real maple syrup or honey
4 tsp. GF, aluminum free baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 cups Gluten free flour blend
1 tsp. unflavored gelatinĀ 

Whip the egg whites until white and stiff, fold in remaining ingredients, and stir together. Pour into a waffle maker and cook until light brown. Top with real maple syrup.
